The whole intelligent production line is equipped with 12 aseptic six-axis industrial robots, which have high collaborative operation capability and can accurately complete the core process steps of automatic loading and unloading, constant force shaking and high-throughput liquid filling of multi-layer cell factories. The entire production process does not require manual intervention, and all operations are carried out in a controlled environment, which effectively realizes the physical isolation of personnel from the production area, and greatly reduces the risk of cross-contamination and biosafety exposure. This technical upgrade has significantly improved the production efficiency and production capacity scale, and the annual output has steadily exceeded millions of doses. At the same time, through standardized, programmed and traceable operation processes, the consistency and quality stability of products have been greatly improved to meet the strict requirements of GMP standards for aseptic production.
